LayBy Logistic started with a simple observation: vehicles move constantly between dealers, fleets, auctions and customers — yet the work is still coordinated over phone calls, email chains and spreadsheets. We're replacing that with one workspace designed so movements can be requested, matched, tracked and verified.
What we believe
- Transport should flow to trusted providers first, not to the lowest cold bid.
- Empty miles are a solvable data problem.
- Every handover deserves photo-verified proof.
- Admin work should be a by-product of the job, not a second job.
Where we're going
The product is in development and opening to early customers soon. We are conducting research with dealers, leasing companies and transport providers to shape the roadmap — from route planning and marketplace matching through to dispute handling and reporting.
