LayBy Logistic started with a simple observation: vehicles move constantly between dealers, fleets, auctions and customers — yet the work is still coordinated over phone calls, email chains and spreadsheets. We're replacing that with one workspace where every movement is requested, matched, tracked and verified.

Where we're going
We're preparing for launch with a small group of dealers, leasing companies and transport providers. Their movements shape our roadmap — from route cards and marketplace matching through to arbitration and reporting.
